This time the session will focus on the practice of gratitude. We understand that the end of the year is always a time when we contemplate the big successes and failures that we experienced, but what about the smaller rituals, routines, people and experiences that kept us going and cheered for us along the way. Why not treasure them too?
In the long run these are the aspects of our daily lives that keep us going. More importantly it is everything that makes us who we are.
So instead of feeling bogged down by the list of great things that others display on the internet or letting an algorithm tell you how your year went, take this opportunity to count the things that mattered to you, on your own terms!

Unwind. Create. Discover. is a 1.5 hour workshop that brings together the science of breath work practice with the infinite potentialities of creativity and art. Curated by a Yoga instructor and a Transformational Life Coach trained in Psychology, this workshop is intended for anyone looking for an outlet to destress from their busy lives and connect with their breath, unleash their creativity and be grateful for the version of you that brought you so far in 2024.
